Check out The-Dream and Christina Milian on what is most likely the Final Print issue of Vibe. The magazine shut down production due to financial issues and creator Quincy Jones is not happy. He was quoted saying the following,

“They just messed my magazine all up, but I’m gonna get it back. You better believe it, I’m’a take it online because print and all that stuff is over,”

P.S Doesn't this look like a slutty, around the way version of the Classic Rolling Stone Cover Janet Jackson did in '93? We are all for paying homage to the Queen of Pop, but damn, do it right!

I like to see a half-naked girl as much as the next guy, but this just doesn't make much sense! The video was directed by Kanye West. Janet Jackson Makes appearance @ BET Awards

Janet Jackson mad a surprise appearance on Sunday's BET Awards to honor the legacy of her big brother Michael Jackson. Showing tremendous strength and courage, while visibly fighting back the raw emotion of pain, Janet made the following statement.

My entire family wanted to be here tonight but it was too painful," "To you, Michael is an icon. To us, Michael is family. He will forever live in all of hearts.
"On behalf of my family and myself, thank you for all of your love, thank you for all of your support. We miss him so much. Thank you so much."

forever in the hearts of all his fans, and may new generations of creative artists be inspired by his work for years to come. As a Musician, I am personally saddened by the death of Michael Jackson. His work, and the work of his sister Janet, has personally inspired me to pursue a career in the music business. It was always my dream to be able to personal thank Michael for the countless ways he's inspired me, and sadly this is no longer possible. His life was hectic, eclectic, electric and peculiar. May he finally get a chance to be himself without worrying about the world's perception of him, and may he finally not only rest,but Dance in Peace.

Mariah Carey: Obsessed

Mariah is Back! If you keep up with our updates you'd know that Mariah is currently finishing a new record titled "Memoirs of an Imperfect Angel". The first single "Obessed" is indirectly... directly aimed at a certain former platinum blond rapper who had a lil pill poppin problem who claims that he and Mariah had a thing. This is not her first song about him either. Lambs know that "Clown" was about him too. The song is produced and co-written by Mariah Carey, The-Dream and Tricky Stewart. The song is a laid back synth bass rider. With coy insults like "You be poppin heard that you get it poppin" get it.... pill poppin? Its sure to be a summer hit. It already has more meaning than E=MC2's lead single "Touch My Body" did. Memoirs will be released on August 25!

Short Hiatus

I know I Haven't updated in a while, but its Senior Year and things are crazy! Prom is in two days, graduation is in another 2 weeks and before you know it I'll be in NYU this Fall! Right now, The Blog is on a short hiatus,cause Senior Year and everything that comes with it only comes once. Congratulations to the various Classes of '09 throughout the world!
